What is “Request A Quote”?

“Request A Quote” is a convenient feature available on our product pages, allowing you to inquire about pricing, especially useful for bulk orders, corporate orders or customized requests.

How do I request a quote?

  1. Visit the product page you’re interested in.
  2. Click on the Request A Quote tab.
  3. Fill in your contact details and any specific requirements.
  4. Click the Request Quote button to submit your inquiry.

Our Sales Team will respond to your request via the email you provided within 3 to 5 business days, during office hours.

Sizing Guide

Where do I find the sizing guides?

To view sizing details, please visit the individual product page and click on the Specifications tab. If a Product Sizing Guide is available, it will be listed there for your reference.

Orders Change Prior to Shipping

Can I modify or cancel Order after it has been placed?

Yes, you can request to modify or cancel your order by emailing us at enquiry@safetyfit.sg.

Please use the subject line: "Change Order" or "Cancel Order", and include your order details in the message. Our customer service team will get back to you within 3 to 5 business days to confirm the changes and advise on any applicable charges or refunds. 

We regret to inform you that cancellations or refunds are not possible once an order has been processed and shipped.

Payment Methods Accepted

For Online orders, we accept payments from: 

All major credit cards : Visa, Mastercard, AMEX

Direct Bank Payments : PayNow, PayLah, Bank Tranfers

Payment Apps : ShopBack, GrabPay, Alipay 

Coupon Codes

From time to time, we may offer promotional coupon codes for selected items on our webstore. Terms and conditions of use specific to each coupon will apply at the time of use and is only valid for purchases made on our website whilst stock lasts.

Stock Availability / Out of Stock Items

Please note that some items may occasionally be out of stock due to seasonal demand. If you're interested in a particular product, click “Request a Quote” and provide your contact information. Our customer service team will get in touch to inform you about stock availability and help you to place a preorder. We’ll notify you as soon as the new stock arrives.

Warranty for Electronic Devices

We offer a 1-year limited warranty on electronic devices through the product manufacturer, covering manufacturing defects only. Please note that the warranty does not apply to damage caused by misuse, excessive wear and tear, or visible physical damage. Such conditions will render the warranty void.

Defective Items

Please inspect all goods immediately upon delivery. If you identify any shortage, damage, defect, or issues, you must notify us in writing within 7 days of delivery.

The goods in question must be kept in their original condition, and SafetyFit or its agents reserve the right to inspect them at your premises to assess the complaint. If you do not provide timely notice or preserve the goods as required, the goods will be deemed accepted, and considered free from defects or discrepancies. Thank you for your understanding. 

We will make every effort to provide a replacement as a first option. If a replacement is not possible due to timeline or stock unavailability, a refund will be issued to the same purchaser or purchasing entity.
