Shipping Policy

We currently offer shipping only within mainland Singapore to valid addresses during office working hours. Please note that we do not deliver to offshore islands, P.O. boxes, or restricted zones— except Jurong Island and Sentosa, where an additional delivery fee of $20 applies.

Delivery shall be made to the shipping address provided in your order. In the event an incorrect delivery address is given by you, we can arrange a second delivery attempt; however, an additional delivery fee of $10 is payable by you before the second delivery attempt can be arranged.

Delivery Charges (Singapore)

Delivery fees range from $10 to $50, based on the weight and dimensions of your order. The exact shipping cost will be shown at the checkout page of your shopping cart.

Free Shipping

Free shipping is available on smaller items or packages for orders above $200. If your order qualifies, this will be clearly indicated during checkout.

International Shipping

Yes, we can ship internationally. Please email us at enquiry@safetyfit.sg to place your orders directly and get a shipping quote.

Delivery lead time in Singapore

Delivery fulfillment is between 3 to 10 working days depending on the availability of the item in our warehouse. Some items may take slightly longer as we need to indent the stock. If your order is expected to take longer than 5 working days, our customer service agent will contact you either by email or phone to update you on the estimated delivery lead time.

Self Collection

Where and how can I self-collect my order?

Please check your Email Inbox or call us to ensure your items are ready for self-collection before arranging to do a self collection. You can self-collect the goods from our conveniently located central office at;

What do I need to bring for self-collection, and is there a deadline to collect my order?

During the time of collection, please bring along the below:

1. The order confirmation email

2. Payment confirmation receipt

3. Goods must be collected within 14 calendar days from the date on which the Goods are ready for collection (whether full or partial payment has been received). Otherwise, the order will be cancelled and any deposit payment received will be forfeited due to non-performance of sale.

Items Exchange Policy

What is your Item Exchange Policy?

The item must be in brand new condition with product tags still attached and all packaging materials being intact including the original box with no pen markings. Only exchange of sizes and colours within the same model is allowed.

Exchange of First Aid category items is not permitted due to hygiene reasons.

How do I make an exchange?

We currently accept product exchanges only at our office conveniently located at Midview City. Please click on the Contact Us link to view our office address and opening hours.

Before visiting, kindly call or email us to confirm and ensure stock availability for the size or colour you wish to exchange.

Refunds

We regret to inform you that refunds are not available at this time due to the nature of the products we sell.
